How do I download my certificate?
Go to New Badges Certificate in the main menu bar, select if you would like the badges displayed in alphabetical order and tick the expired badges if you would like to display expired badges, then click on the blue “Download Certificate” button. This will generate a downloadable PDF of your certificate, which can then be saved, printed or emailed from your computer.
What is my password?
When on the Log in page, click on the “Forgotten your username or password?” link. From there you can either search by username, or search by email address. If you’re unsure of your email address, try a few that you may have used in the past. If you are still unable to recover your account, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, date of birth, sport and any previous email addresses you can recall. We will then try and manually recover your account for you. Please do not attempt to create a new account unless instructed to do so by Sport Integrity Australia.
What are my account details?
Your account is uniquely identified with a username and email address that will not be associated with any other account. When you create your account, please note down your username and password somewhere safe. If you’re unsure of your username, password and email address used to create your account, please contact email@example.com with your full name, date of birth, sport and any previous email addresses you can recall. We will then try and manually recover your account for you. Please do not attempt to create a new account unless instructed to do so by Sport Integrity Australia.
How can I change my email address?
To change the email address associated with your account, go to My Profile, then click on “edit profile”. Here you can update you email address, your city/town, state and sport details. When finished, click the blue “Update profile” button. Your details will now be updated and you will be returned to your profile page. If you need to update your name or date of birth or user id please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Why is my eLearning Certificate blank?
When your eLearning Certificate is blank, you have not successfully completed any courses. Please complete a course for it to appear on your certificate. If you believe you have completed the course and it’s still not showing up, please see the relevant FAQ answer on this page.
It should also be noted that if you create a new account, your progress from your previous account will not transfer. Please do not attempt to create a new account unless instructed to do so by Sport Integrity Australia. I’ve completed Level 1 but it’s not showing up on my certificate?
This is an error that can occur when your connection with the eLearning server is lost, or not established correctly. This usually happens because you have pop-ups blocked on your web browser, and did not allow pop-ups for Sport Integrity Australia eLearning before attempting to get into the course. It can also occur because you have closed the course window and the course launch window before the course has finished saving; please only close the course launch window when it states that saving is complete. If something different occurred and the course isn’t saving, please contact email@example.com so we can try to troubleshoot your issue.
Why can’t I access Level 2?
Make sure you have completed Level 1 first (if you believe that you have and you still can’t access Level 2, please check the related FAQ answers on this page). If Level 1 is appearing as complete on your My Profile page, please wait 15 minutes for the server to recognise the completion correctly so it can grant you access to the Level 2 course. If you can’t access it after the wait period, try turning off your computer or device and turning it back on again. If you still cannot access the course, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Where is my confirmation email?
Sometimes your confirmation email can end up in your Junk or Spam folder. Please check that section for your confirmation email. If you did not receive your mail, please contact email@example.com.
I tried to reset my password but didn’t get the password reset email
A lot of free email accounts like Yahoo, Outlook and Gmail filter automated emails into the spam or junk mail folder. Try checking in those folders, or use the search function of your mail box for “Sport Integrity Australia” to locate the email. If it still cannot be found, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I unsubscribe from promotion messages/emails?
To unsubscribe from promotion messages/emails, click on My Profile and select Edit profile. Select the "Opt-Out of Course Promotion Messages" checkbox and press "Update profile". The LMS will still send you LMS and account related messages however you will not receive targeted messages about new courses.
