This privacy statement outlines how your personal information is collected, used and disclosed when using Sport Integrity Australia’s Learning Management System (LMS). THE LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The Learning Management System (LMS) is Sport Integrity Australia’s education platform. The LMS is managed by Sport Integrity Australia and contains course content created by both Sport Integrity Australia and Play By The Rules.

We only collect personal information for the purpose of carrying out our functions and activities under the Sport Integrity Australia Act 2020 (Cth) and the Sport Integrity Australia Regulations 2020 (Cth). By using the LMS, you are consenting to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as described below.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

The following information is collected when you use the LMS:

·         your name and email address,

·         your date of birth,

·         your sport,

·         your state and suburb,

·         your communication preferences, and

·         your course completion and course interaction history.

COLLECTION, USE AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

When you use the LMS, Sport Integrity Australia and in some cases, Play By The Rules, collect your personal information in order to:

·         track your learning and development activity,

·         enable services monitoring and improvement,

·         respond to your requests, and

·         monitor and report on course engagement and course completion data.

To monitor and report on course engagement and course completion data, Sport Integrity Australia and/or Play By The Rules may disclose your personal information to third parties such as Play By The Rules State Coordinators or National Sporting Organisations.

We may also send you send you information about events, course improvements, new products and services, survey tools and newsletters. You may unsubscribe from this service at any time by selecting the ‘Opt-Out of Course Promotion Messages’ in your LMS profile.

Your personal information may also be used and/or disclosed where required or authorised by Australian law, for the purpose of anti-doping or other sport integrity investigations, or as otherwise set out in the Sport Integrity Australia Privacy Policy. You may contact the Sport Integrity Australia Education Team to request an alternative method of obtaining course content, however, we are unable to guarantee that access can be facilitated in this way.
