How do I download my certificate?

Select 'Download Certificate' in the main menu bar or from the Home Page.

This will generate a downloadable PDF of your certificate, which can then be saved, printed or emailed from your computer.

How do I reset my password?

When on the Log in page, click on the “Forgotten your username or password?” link. From there you can search by username or email address. If you’re unsure of your email address, try a few that you may have used in the past.

If you are still unable to recover your account, please contact education@sportintegrity.gov.au with your full name, date of birth, sport and any previous email addresses you can recall. We will then manually recover your account for you.

Please do not attempt to create a new account unless instructed to do so by Sport Integrity Australia
.

What are my account details?

Your account is uniquely identified with a username and email address that will not be associated with any other account. When you create your account, please note down your username and password somewhere safe.

If you’re unsure of the username, password or email address used to create your account, please contact education@sportintegrity.gov.au with your full name, date of birth, sport and any previous email addresses you can recall. We will then manually recover your account for you.

Please do not attempt to create a new account unless instructed to do so by Sport Integrity Australia.

How can I update my email address and other details?

To change the email address associated with your account, select My Profile then select Edit Profile. Here you can update you email address, your city/town, state and sport details. When finished, select the Update Profile button.

If you need to update your name, date of birth or username, please contact education@sportintegrity.gov.au with evidence of your name and/or date of birth.

Do I get a certificate for each course I complete?

You will be issued with a badge of completion for each course you complete. The system will display each of these badges on a single certificate, rather than issuing an individual certificate for each course.

You can access your certificate by logging in, then clicking Download Certificate from the main eLearning page, or from the navigation menu.

Why is my eLearning Certificate blank?

If your eLearning Certificate is blank, it means you have not successfully completed any courses. Once you have completed a course, a badge of completion will display on your certificate. If you have completed a course and it’s still not appearing on your certificate, please contact education@sportintegrity.gov.au. If possible, please provide a screenshot of the end of the course, or a brief description of what happened at the end of the course so that we can verify your completion.

Please note that if you create a new account, your progress from your previous account will not transfer. Please do not attempt to create a new account unless instructed to do so by Sport Integrity Australia. If you need help logging in, please follow the account recovery steps in this FAQ guide.

I’ve completed a course but it’s not showing up on my certificate

A course may not save correctly if your connection with the eLearning server is lost. This can happen if you have pop-ups blocked on your web browser, or have an unstable internet connection. It can also occur if you have closed the course window and the course launch window before the course has finished saving; please only close the course launch window when it states that saving is complete.
If you need to take a break during a course, make sure you close the course to ensure your progress saves. If you leave the course open for an extended period without activity, the server will log you out and your progress will be lost.
If something different occurred and the course isn’t saving, please contact education@sportintegrity.gov.au with a detailed description of the issue, or a screenshot, and provide your full name, date of birth, sport, and any previous email addresses you can recall so we can troubleshoot your issue.

Why can’t I access the Annual Update or the Coaches Course?

To access the Annual Update or Caoches Course, please make sure you have completed Anti-Doping Fundamentals first; Anti-Doping Fundamentals is a pre-requisite for these courses. If Anti-Doping Fundamentals is appearing as complete on your My Profile page, please allow 15 minutes for the server to recognise the completion.

If after 15 minutes you still can’t access either course, try turning off your computer or device and turning it back on again. If you still cannot access the course, please contact education@sportintegrity.gov.au with your full name, date of birth, sport, and any previous email addresses you can recall.

Where is my confirmation email?

Sometimes your confirmation email can end up in your Junk or Spam folder. Please check your spam or junk folders for your confirmation email. If you did not receive your email, please contact education@sportintegrity.gov.au with your full name, date of birth, sport, and any previous email addresses you can recall.

I tried to reset my password but didn’t get the password reset email

Some email servers such as Yahoo, Outlook and Gmail filter automated emails into the spam or junk mail folder. Try checking in those folders or search your mailbox for 'Sport Integrity Australia' to locate the email. If you still can't locate the email, please contact education@sportintegrity.gov.au with your full name, date of birth, sport, and any previous email addresses you can recall.
